NCA Holiday Show & Sale

Neighborhood Center of the Arts is sustained by grants, art sales and fund raising alone. Our NCA Holiday Show & Sale is a two fold joy for us. Our Holiday Show is a showcase of all our artists progress and artwork from this year, and includes timeless selected pieces from our previous collections. To share our gratitude for all the support we experienced this year, we are celebrating our patrons with 20% off their purchase. Visiting the gallery through December, you can expect to find holiday gifts, hand made ornaments, unique collectibles, folk art like paintings, illustrations, sculptures, outsider artwork and so much more.

Come explore during studio hours between 9AM – 1:30PM to meet our artists and feel the magic for yourself ✨

NCA gives the neurodiverse artists of Nevada County a safe place to develop their creative skills, build confidence in their abilities and learn valuable social and life skills among like-minded peers.

Creative healing is for everyone, and art is for the people!

Ongoing Shows

COVID-19 forced us to close our doors, but it has not stopped us from following through with our mission. NCA adapted to this year’s challenges by creating an online network of instructor to peer social, educational and artistic contact. Through this channel we also take requests for art supplies and make contact-free deliveries to ensure all our artists have the supplies they need to keep making art. Creativity helps many cope with the troubling times we face. Creating art presents a different way for people to communicate and understand the world. For some of our artists, creativity is their strength and their voice. Creativity is life changing. We need your help to secure that no one should have to give that up.
